TURKISH CITIZENSHIP ACQUISITION PROGRAM
Turkey is a country that allows the citizens to have dual nationality and passports, so you do not have to drop your current citizenship to obtain Turkish Citizenship.
If you purchase a property worth 400.000 USD, and if you accept and declare to the authorities that you will not sell it for at least a 3-year period of time, as we will be explaining you below how, you can obtain Turkish Citizenship by getting Turkish National ID Card and Turkish Passport for yourself, for your spouse and for your children under 18 for a lifetime. Your citizenship will never expire. Once you have managed to complete the process and held your property without selling it to a third party for 3 years as promised, your citizenship is guaranteed forever just like your spouse’s and your children’s.
You do not need to live in Turkey at all. If you prefer to keep living in your home country, you will not loose your Turkish citizenship and passport. There is no required period of stays per year to be fulfilled.
Once you obtain your citizenship, your future kids will be born as Turkish citizens as well.
Contrary to the other countries and other citizenship programs, Turkey does not require any language tests or proficiency exams for citizenship applications via foreign investments. As a result of this, you do not need to learn or speak Turkish in order to apply Turkish passport. However, you are highly recommended to learn the basics of the language to integrate into life and dynamics within the community if you choose to live here permanently.
